Perspective Simulator is an experimental research and educational platform designed to simulate debates with various viewpoints using AI. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

All persona responses are generated by artificial intelligence models and do not represent the views or opinions of the developers. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, and should be independently verified.

Personas may present strong, biased, or controversial viewpoints as part of the simulation. Engage critically and stop using the Service if this content is unsuitable for you.

The Service is for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Never rely on it for decisions that require a qualified professional.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
• Do not attempt to generate illegal content, or content that exploits minors.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent usage limits, authentication, or paywalls.
• Do not present AI output as the statement of a real person or organization.

Free accounts receive a limited number of messages per day. Paid Pro subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled, and are subject to that processor's terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.

The Service may display advertising from third-party ad networks, including Google AdSense. Advertisers and ad networks may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, its branding, persona designs, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the messages you submit and grant us a limited license to process them to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms or to protect users and the platform. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
